Your tasks

As a member of our consulting team, you will support our customers in challenging projects and plans in the digital transformation.

  • Collect and document business requirements
  • Analyzing, designing and modeling business processes with our customers
  • Document enterprise architectures and advise customers
  • Develop and evaluate solution options
  • Create documentation and specifications
  • Take on project management tasks and responsibility for results
  • Facilitate workshops

Your Profile

We expect the following from you:

  • University degree (FH/Uni/ETH) in computer science, business informatics, engineering or economics
  • Several years of experience as a business analyst / requirements engineer, solution architect or IT consultant (certification an advantage)
  • Knowledge of Archimate, BPMN and UML (certification an advantage)
  • Experience with agile project management methods (certification an advantage)
  • Independent personality with a lot of initiative
  • Customer-oriented and versed in level-appropriate communication
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills paired with a structured, efficient and goal-oriented way of working
  • Good language skills in German, English and/or French

Workplace:

Solothurn or on site at the customer
